By purchasing artwork from josh.art, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.
All purchases are final. Due to the limited edition nature of Artist Proofs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Each artwork is sold as a numbered Artist Proof (AP) in a strictly limited edition of three. Your purchase includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity documenting the edition number, print specifications, and artist signature. The Certificate of Authenticity will be shipped with your artwork.
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You will be charged the full amount, including shipping, at the time of purchase. Prices for subsequent Artist Proofs may differ from prior editions.
Prints are professionally packaged and shipped flat in archival-safe, protective packaging. Domestic orders (United States) ship within 10-14 business days. International orders ship within 14-21 business days. These are estimates; actual delivery times may vary based on customs and local postal services.
Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.
All shipments are insured. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Do not discard the original packaging until the matter is resolved.
For lost shipments, please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us. We will initiate a carrier investigation and, if the package is confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
The artist retains all copyright, reproduction, and intellectual property rights to all artwork sold through josh.art. Purchase of a print grants you ownership of the physical artwork only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display for commercial purposes, or create derivative works without express written permission from the artist.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, josh.art and the artist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, delivery, or display of artwork. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
